Mechanics
Our workshop is expanding and we’re serving more trucks so we’re looking for qualified mechanics who share our love for trucks and trailers and have an eye for detail.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience and is willing to learn our workflows and mentor our staff.
Apprentices
We’re looking for the right 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year apprentice to join our team. Mature age apprentices are also welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn and attention to detail are the key qualities we’re looking for in addition to a Drivers’ License, car, and tools are important.
Trades’ Assistants
Not sure if you’re ready for an apprenticeship, but happy to get some experience with basic mechanics, tidying, cleaning, organising?
Drivers’ License and own car are essential. the ideal candidate has a great work-ethic and likes trucks, dogs, and people.

We’re one of the leading independent Heavy Vehicle Repairers in NSW, Australia specialising in providing timely, quality, specialist repairs to fleet operators who care about excellence, cost-effectiveness and safety when it comes to maintenance.
Our valued clients include some of the leading transport companies in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland who know they can rely on the thoroughness of our work and our accurate diagnostics.
Our team works to the highest of standards in an atmosphere of honesty and respect. In practice, that means that if you stuff up, you’ll hear about it and you’ll learn how to do better next time. The focus is on teaching you how to do things the 10 four trucks way, not belittling you.
We only work overtime on rare occasions when our clients have an emergency because we believe you should have plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work. Our generous remuneration packages are based on experience and demonstrated expertise with opportunities for growth.
Life is more than work…
We work hard during work hours and we go home to play. We have families, hobbies, and life outside the workshop. We may work late occasionally to finish up a job, but generally the workshop is open 5 days per week 7:30am-4:30pm.
Problem solving and attention to detail…
Near enough is NOT good enough. We’re often called to solve mechanical problems that don’t have an obvious answer. We think about alternatives and discuss them so that we can deliver the excellence our clients expect.

We have years of experience and we’ve developed our own ways of doing things so we do expect people to learn OUR tested processes, especially when we’re busy.

We have a strict no-phones in the workshop policy for safety and productivity. Our goal is to get the work done with excellence, then go home to play.
